How to use this tool
Retrieves the DNS intelligence provider's health audit and displays its checks, warnings and available recommendations. An unavailable audit is not reported as a healthy domain.
Enter the target, complete any relevant options and choose Check. Review the requested records, query outcomes and diagnostic findings. Copy Report saves the visible report.
Reading the results
No matching records and an unavailable query are different outcomes. TTLs are displayed in seconds; zero is a valid TTL. A completed request does not mean a domain passed its health checks. Only the submitted DNS owner and explicitly listed checks are inspected.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the analyzer automatically flag misconfigurations?
No. The current implementation renders a generic DNS table and does not create warnings, grades, or issue labels.
Can it detect a lame delegation?
No. It does not query each delegated nameserver to test whether that server is authoritative for the zone.
Why are service records not included?
Many service records live on specific hostnames. Enter the full record owner because a root-domain query does not discover every name in the zone.
Why does the configuration differ from my provider dashboard?
The dashboard contains configured values, while the result contains resolver data. Cached answers or incorrect delegation can create a difference.
Does the tool find orphan DNS records?
No. It does not crawl all hostnames or test whether record targets still exist. Review returned rows manually and use focused checks where needed.
Can a clean-looking table guarantee DNS health?
No. The table supplies record data only. Authority consistency, DNSSEC validation, mail policy, and service reachability require additional tests.
